Our second quest is available to everyone and is designed to tell about the Durasov House and the Higher School of Economics in the context of the history of economic education in our country and everything that is now called social responsibility: church charity, public charity, private philanthropy, patronage and patronage, state social security . This, at first glance, non-obvious connection between charity, patronage, patronage and the formation of our university will become clear and obvious to you as you walk from Chistye Prudy through an intricate network of streets and alleys to the Durasov House - not only the main historical “pearl” HSE Moscow, but also one of the cradles of economic education in Russia, which housed the Practical Academy of Commercial Sciences before the Higher School of Economics… The journey through time and space begins at the exit of the Chistye Prudy metro station next to the Chistoprudny Boulevard tram circle.

Quest duration: 60-120

Restrictions: from 6:30 to 23:00 Starting point: exit from the metro station "Chistye Prudy" to Chistoprudny Boulevard

Welcome to the first quest devoted to the main historical pearl of Vyshka, the Durasov House. You will be able to walk around it literally from all sides in time and space. Walking around "Pokrovka" in search of answers, you will find out if you can grow pineapples in Lublin, how the military can stop an admittedly mentally ill Freemason, and where Russian economic education originated - and at the same time see the campus from the most unexpected angles.

Quest duration: 30-60

Starting point: HSE campus on Pokrovsky Boulevard, 11. Restrictions: only for HSE staff and students (and specify the time when the building is open) Mon-Fri: 8.30 – 21.00 Sat: 9.00 – 18.00
